All items are baked in a dedicated gluten free kitchen. My 16 year old special needs son has severe Celiacs and I know just how important it is to be able to trust your food, especially baked goods. 100% cross contamination free.
Most recipes are modifiable. Please let me know if you have specific dietary needs (sugar free, vegan, egg free, soy free, nut free, etc). I will do my best to accommodate you.
